i reckon itll land pretty similar in scale honestly, just fresh and new

id genuinely love if some stations were tied to specific areas, like how blaine county radio only really played out in the sticks in gta v. makes the whole map feel way more alive

my guess is were looking at around 18 stations again, each running maybe 1 to 2 hours of fresh material before it loops. thats loads of variety without needing a crazy amount of licensed tracks and voice acting, and still a clear jump from the older games. personally im hoping for a synthwave/electronic station, though a florida latin one would go just as hard

praying for an old school hip hop station. miami born and raised here, i came up on miami bass pumping through power 96 and 99 jamz, those two were legendary for hip hop and r&b round these parts. gotta be one in there

going off the confirmed song list an 80s station feels like a lock. theres gotta be a haitian/caribbean one too. what id really love is that 80s station with a few little tommy vercetti nods sprinkled in

also id take quality over quantity any day. as long as every station has a really defined genre and the host actually talks for a few hours, id be more than happy

my prediction: rap/hip hop with a heavy down south lean this time (atlanta, memphis, miami, texas). could even get an old school vs new school split, trick daddy and outkast on one, rick ross, rod wave and city girls on the other. theres also a big fl/ga r&b wave (usher, tpain, summer walker) that fits perfectly. reggae station probably leans more into soca with all the caribbean culture, and afrobeats is blowing up in miami so id bet on that getting its own thing too. and obviously latin is gonna be massive, easily 2 or 3 stations spanning latin folk, reggaeton, trap and the classics like merengue and bachata. then your usual 80s/rock/talk/pop on top of all that

honestly the talk shows are what im most hyped for, theyre always so damn funny

just let v-rock make a comeback and ill be happy
